Privacy
No audio collection. Clear consent. Useful support evidence.
MixEngineer is built for live sound work, so privacy must be explicit. The Alpha website and application avoid collecting audio, recordings or raw measurements. Telemetry and diagnostics are opt-in and support bundles are redacted before sharing. Email, Google, Apple and Facebook may be used only to authenticate and link a canonical MixEngineer account. MixEngineer does not request social graphs, groups, friends, pages or publishing access.

Follow the same journey as the application.
Support bundles exclude audio, recordings and raw measurements unless you provide them.
Crash reports can be reviewed, ignored or retried before sending.
Only product, device, version and workflow evidence is required.
Google, Apple and Facebook provide a stable account identifier and, where available and verified, an email address and display name. Provider access tokens are not stored in browser storage.
Ask support@mixengineer.app to delete your MixEngineer account and provider identity links. The request will be verified before deletion.
Alpha users can ask support to delete submitted support evidence.
Telemetry statement
